Complaints
At Aspire4u CIC, we believe that if a customer wishes to file a complaint or express dissatisfaction, it should be easy for them to do so. It is Aspire4u CIC’s policy to receive complaints and consider them as an opportunity to learn, adapt, improve, and provide better service.
If you would like to submit a complaint, please complete the following steps:
- You can register your complaint by completing this form (LINK). An acknowledgment receipt will be sent within 6 days.
- Alternatively, you can contact CC@aspire4u.co.uk or send information via. post (Aspire4u CIC, Keys Court, 82-84 Moseley Street, Digbeth, Birmingham, B12 0RT). If you choose this pathway, please include the following information:
- Your name and contact details;
- Details of what your complaint is together with any supporting documents;
- Date, time and location (if applicable); and
- As much other relevant information that you can provide
The complaint will be investigated by the Complaints Manager with an aim to solve informally and amicably. If the complaint remains unresolved, it will be passed on to the Board of Directors for further investigation.
